What we collect
The only personal information this site collects is what you submit through the contact form: your name, email, optional organization, and your message. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
How it's stored
Submissions are stored in a managed backend database with row-level security enabled. Public visitors and signed-in visitors cannot read, edit, or delete submissions through the site. Only ESAI staff with privileged backend access can review messages in order to respond to your inquiry.
How we use it
We use your submission solely to respond to your inquiry about ESAI's services. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.
Retention and deletion
To request a copy or deletion of a message you submitted, email reham@esai.legal from the address you used to contact us and we will action the request.

To report a security concern with this website, email reham@esai.legal.
Shared responsibility
This website runs on managed hosting and a managed backend. ESAI is responsible for the content of this site, the contact form, and the handling of any messages you submit. Engagements with client law firms are governed separately by the contracts and data-handling agreements entered into for each engagement.
